Heather Leung

Heather is the President of the MergerSight Group. Raised in Beijing, she is now in her penultimate year at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) double majoring in Global Business and Management, and will be going on exchange at the NOVA University Lisbon in Spring. Heather joined MergerSight as an analyst in April 2022, where she contributed to M&A reports including Intercontinental Exchange’s $16bn Acquisition of Black Knight and Pfizer $11.6bn Acquisition of Biohaven. Throughout university, she also served as Vice President of the student consultancy Dawn Advisory and Head of External Affairs at Investment Circle.

Heather recently interned as an Investment Analyst at the Hong Kong headquartered VC firm Ion Pacific. She is a former alpine ski competitor, in both slalom and giant slalom, and is also an avid hiker and sailor.
