Private equity firm Advent International has informed the tech company Forescout that they would no longer continue their planned merger as scheduled.

The deal is one of many agreed upon prior to the Coronavirus Crisis which seems to be in the process of re-negotiation due to the significant price changes which have taken place in the market.
