American Pacific Mining will purchase Madison Metal’s interest in the JV that operates the Madison Copper Gold Project near Silver Star Montana.

Plus, the joint venture partner is currently performing a lot of exploration work to better define what may well be the feeder system for the mineralization at Madison.”

The deal comes in the midst of significant M&A activity in the precious metals and mining industry over the past few months.
