Fiserv, a provider of payments and financial services technology solutions, has announced a deal to acquire Bypass, a leading innovator in enterprise point-of-sale systems.

The acquisition hopes to build in the existing strategic relationships through which Bypass software works in concert with Fiserv technology including over 50 major stadiums and arenas.
