Announcements indicate that British online food delivery service company, Just Eat, is nearing an all-stock deal for Grubhub while Uber is considering pulling out of negotiations.
“A deal that combines Grubhub with Just Eat Takeaway, which has operations in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, would do nothing to consolidate the U.S. market, and would likely prove a disappointing outcome for investors in Uber, DoorDash, and Postmates.“
