Leading GPU and chip maker, Nvidia, to acquire SwiftStack

Leading GPU and chip maker, Nvidia, has announced a deal to acquire data management platform SwiftStack.

SwiftStack is a software-driven data storage and management platform which is used for data-intensive applications and workflows. The main reason for the acquisition is a file connector that allows cloud applications to access data that’s on-premises or in AWS, ensuring a constant feed of data.
