RadNet has announced a deal to acquire Deephealth, a company specializing in radiology artificial intelligence and machine learning.

RadNet will pay ~1M RadNet shares at closing on April 1, 2020, and up to ~1.5M additional shares depending upon the achievement of certain milestones by the combined company.
