Aman Sekhar Prasad

Aman is the President and Acting Head of Operations of the MergerSight Group. He also serves as Partner for the University of Birmingham branch.

He is currently in his third year of BSc International Business at the University of Birmingham.

Aman joined MergerSight in April 2025 as the inaugral Partner at the University of Birmingham. In September 2025, he became the Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing the publication of reports from across all its branches and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

Aman has previously completed internships across a range of industries, from business development to public policy. He has experience studying at universities in the UK, Germany and Australia; working in finance through summer internships at Klay Capital as an investment banking summer analyst within their FIG Corporate Advisory team, and at Gulf Islamic Investments as a private equity summer analyst within their Global Coverage team.

Outside of finance, Aman enjoys hiking and reading, with a focus on history, policy and economics.
