Benjamin Rey

Benjamin REY is a Partner at The MergerSight Group at ESCP Business School, where he contributes to analyst recruitment and supports the production and publication of M&A reports.

He is currently pursuing the Master in Management program at ESCP Business School, specializing in Corporate Finance.

Through previous internships, Benjamin has gained experience in Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance, developing a strong understanding of acquisition financing, capital structures, and credit markets. His academic and professional interests are centered on Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic transactions.

Outside of academics and work, Benjamin enjoys reading literature, with a particular appreciation for romantic literature, and has a keen interest in fine watchmaking.
