Diana Usova

Diana is the MergerSight Group’s Partner at the University of Bristol. Diana joined MergerSight as an Analyst in September 2024, contributing to M&A reports before progressing to Partner. In this role, she is responsible for the recruitment of analysts for the Bristol team and the oversight of M&A reports.

She has also gained experience through consulting and finance-related roles, including leading projects at 180 Degrees Consulting Bristol and participating in Blackstone’s EMEA Spring Insight Programme. Her interests span investment banking, private equity, and asset management.

Outside academics, Diana enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures, cycling long-distance routes, and skiing.
