Giorgio Goretti

Giorgio Goretti is the MergerSight Group's Partner at ESADE and is a student at ESADE Business School, where he is pursuing a BBA with a minor in Finance and Data Analytics. He has gained professional experience at Amundi, contributing to the structuring of a €600M contract and fund relaunches, and at BDO, where he worked on financial due diligence for mid-market transactions.

Beyond his internships, Giorgio serves as Head of Research at Spain’s largest student-led finance society (ESFS), where he leads teams producing professional-grade reports each month. Having lived in Shanghai, Milan, Copenhagen, Barcelona, and more, he brings an international perspective, adaptability, and a drive to turn complexity into clarity in high-pressure environments.
