Giulia Biagioli

Giulia is the MergerSight Group’s Co-Partner at Bocconi University. Giulia joined MergerSight as an Analyst in March 2025, contributing to M&A reports before progressing to Partner. In this role, she is responsible for the recruitment of analysts for the Bocconi team and the oversight of M&A reports.



She has also gained experience through M&A and other finance-related roles, participating in Rothschild & Co.’s M&A Spring Insight Programme in Milan, and Fidelity International’s “Women in Investment Management” Insight Programme in London. She has also gained experience as a board member in Bocconi Students Women in Finance and Bocconi Students Finance Society. This year, she has participated in the annual “Real Estate and AI” Seminar at Columbia University as part of the Bocconi Students Real Estate Club. Her interests lie in investment banking and real estate investing.



Outside academics, Giulia enjoys opera singing, acting, reformer pilates, and spending time with close friends.
