Li Ming Chak

Chak is a Partner at The MergerSight Group’s HKUST branch, where he contributes to the branch’s M&A research and works with the team to develop high-quality transaction analysis across different sectors.

A sophomore business student at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Chak is particularly interested in finance, investment, and how businesses create long-term value. He has gained professional experience at HSBC Private Bank, where he worked across investment research and market analysis. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong interest in understanding companies from both strategic and financial perspectives. Outside of work and academics, Chak enjoys travelling and collecting and listening to vinyl records.
