Mustafa Arda Sis

Mustafa Arda Sis is The MergerSight Group’s Partner at the University of Nottingham, where he is responsible for recruiting and managing the university’s analyst team, alongside overseeing the production of M&A and IPO reports. He is a final-year Industrial Economics student.

Mustafa recently completed a Management Consulting Summer Internship at PwC, working within its Government and Public Services team on a local government transformation project. Before becoming Partner, he was as an Analyst at The MergerSight Group, developing experience in transaction analysis and financial research. He has also founded and exited multiple e-commerce businesses, including one that generated six figures in revenue. Outside of finance, Mustafa enjoys strength training, competitive futsal, and following Galatasaray.
